1. Contracting Parties and Scope of Service

1.1 These terms of service apply to the Yritä Kevyesti software service ("Service") provided and maintained by Yritä Kevyesti Oy (Business ID: 2954059-6).

1.2 The Customer may be a company, a private entrepreneur, or another legal entity that uses the Service.

Use of the Service requires registration and an active subscription. Upon registration and subscription, the Customer selects their business type (sole trader or limited company), which determines the applicable monthly maximum service fee. The pricing takes effect when the Customer accepts these terms or sends their next invoice after acceptance.

2. Definitions

Customer: The subscriber of the Service (company, private entrepreneur, or other legal entity).

Service: The software and related features and content provided by Yritä Kevyesti Oy.

Administrator: A person managing the Customer’s accounts and users within the Service.

User: A person authorized to use the Service on behalf of the Customer.

3. Content of the Service and License

3.1 Yritä Kevyesti offers software for invoicing, customer management, documentation, and business operations, as outlined on its website and customer accounts.

3.2 The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the contract period.

3.3 The Service may only be used for lawful purposes. All rights to the software and related materials remain with Yritä Kevyesti Oy.

4. Registration and Credentials

4.1 When registering, the Customer must provide accurate information and set a password.

4.2 Credentials are personal. The Customer is responsible for all activities under their credentials.

4.3 If credentials are compromised, the Customer must immediately notify Yritä Kevyesti.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 The Customer agrees to comply with applicable laws, these terms, and good practice.

5.2 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they input and must ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights.

5.3 The Customer is responsible for the functionality of their hardware, internet connection, and third-party software (e.g., browsers, antivirus).

5.4 The Customer is liable for any damages caused by misuse, breach of law, or violation of these terms.

6. Provider's Responsibilities and Rights

6.1 The Service is intended to be available 24/7, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6.2 Yritä Kevyesti is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by service outages or malfunctions.

6.3 Yritä Kevyesti may remove content or users that violate the terms, law, or good practice.

6.4 Yritä Kevyesti may modify the Service or its features. If a change causes significant harm to the Customer, they may terminate the Service within 30 days of the change.

7. Prices, Billing, and Payment Terms

7.1 The service pricing is based on usage: 1.9% of the invoiced turnover per invoice, capped at €65 / month (sole trader) or €79 / month (limited company) + VAT. Exception: If an accountant adds invoices via the Accounting tab (external invoicing), a 1.9% fee is charged on the amount without a monthly maximum cap.

7.2 Billing is based on the actual use of the Service. Charges for one calendar month are invoiced on the first day of the following month (for example, usage starting on October 1 will be billed on November 1). Any additional products or services used are included in the same invoice.

7.3 The payment term is 14 days net. Late payments may incur a reminder fee.

7.4 Payments are non-refundable even if the Customer stops using the Service mid-billing period.

7.5 Yritä Kevyesti may update its pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. The Customer may terminate the Service before the change takes effect.

7.6 The pricing takes effect when the customer accepts these terms or sends their next invoice after accepting the terms.

8. Data Protection and Personal Data

8.1 Customer data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8.2 Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

8.3 All collected personal data is protected by appropriate technical and administrative measures.

8.4 The customer’s data, access rights, and processing bases remain unchanged and continue under the same legal entity (Yritä Kevyesti Oy).

9. Support and Limitations

9.1 Yritä Kevyesti provides customer support for questions related to software functionality.

9.2 Support does not include accounting or legal advice or correction of errors caused by Customer misuse.

10. Term and Termination

10.1 The agreement is valid until further notice and renews automatically per the selected billing cycle unless terminated at least 30 days before the next cycle begins.

10.2 The Customer may terminate the Service at any time in writing or through the Service interface.

10.3 Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity, with prior notice sent by email.

11. Complaints and Feedback

11.1 Complaints regarding Service functionality or billing must be submitted by email to asiakaspalvelu@yritakevyesti.fi within 14 days of the issue.

11.2 Late complaints will not be considered unless otherwise required by law.

11.3 Payments related to Service use are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. The terms are published on Yritä Kevyesti’s website and may be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Customers will be notified of any material changes by email or through the Service before they take effect.
